Say no more! We are currently recruiting for an experienced iTrent HR Consultant to join a dynamic and well-established company in Manchester on a 6-month contract.
As the chosen candidate, you will help to deliver the implementation of iTrent, working closely with key stakeholders and the vendor to assure a smooth and successful go-live and support the business thereafter.
iTrent Consultant Responsibilities
- Taking the lead on client projects to achieve customer success.
- Lead client meetings, this may include but is not exhaustive to, requirement gathering sessions, discussing project scope and governance reviews.
- Take responsibility with colleagues, clients and partners to develop project initiation documents and project plans – assigning work packages to self and team.
- Develop and provide high-quality documentation.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven ability to work well with conflicting priorities and deadlines, as well as the ability to prioritise workloads whilst not exceeding deadlines.
- Previous experience delivering similar projects with iTrent.
- Have a strong understanding of HR processes and a proven ability to work with a business and gather requirements.
- Capable of managing key project stakeholders.
- Previous (but not required) experience managing the vendor, previous relationships and an understanding of "knowing who to talk to" within the business.
- Previous experience with business objects would be highly beneficial.
