Calling all ResourceLink professionals! We’ve got a fantastic opportunity on offer as a ResourceLink Payroll Consultant for a reputable client in the heart of Birmingham.
The chosen candidate will play an instrumental part in supporting the business build upon their existing ResourceLink system.
ResourceLink Consultant Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing and managing the end-to-end implementation of the ResourceLink system.
- Working closely with the business to understand their requirements and configure the system accordingly.
- Ensuring that the implementation is completed on time and within budget.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with the ResourceLink HR and payroll system.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising the ResourceLink system to meet client-specific requirements.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience in developing project plans, managing timelines, and delivering projects within scope and budget.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and best practices.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
