NetSuite ZAB Consultant

Role Introduction
The NetSuite ZAB Consultant plays a central role in optimising core business processes through the effective management, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite system, including Zab billing functionalities. This role involves a sophisticated blend of business process optimisation, focusing on delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions that support operational needs.

What You Will Do

• System Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the configuration of NetSuite to meet specific business requirements, including Zab billing functionalities. Customise forms, set up user roles and permissions, and maintain lists, records, and advanced field-level security controls.
• Collaboration and Requirement Gathering: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to gather requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective NetSuite solutions.
• User Support and Training: Provide advanced support to NetSuite users, addressing complex system issues. Develop and conduct specialised training sessions on utilising NetSuite features, emphasising Zab billing processes and system optimisation.
• Facilitating Change Management: Drive change management initiatives related to NetSuite, ensuring that technological changes are implemented effectively and meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Recommending and Implementing SaaS Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate SaaS solutions that extend the capabilities of NetSuite, focusing on areas such as advanced analytics, AI enhancements, and automated workflows.
• Zab Billing Expertise: Leverage extensive experience with Zab billing to streamline billing processes, optimise billing workflows, and ensure accurate and timely billing operations within NetSuite.
• Consulting on Best Practices: Act as a consultant to various departments, advising on best practices for utilising NetSuite and Zab billing functionalities to achieve business objectives.

What You Will Have

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration and consulting, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed complex configurations and integrations, including Zab billing.
• NetSuite Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite’s architecture, including SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Zab Billing Proficiency: Extensive experience with Zab billing processes and functionalities within NetSuite.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a track record of identifying and resolving complex business process issues quickly and effectively.
• Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of IT security and regulatory compliance, with experience implementing robust security frameworks within NetSuite.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively across various departments.

Additional Details

• Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + benefits.
• Work Location: This is a remote role.
