NetSuite Consultant Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large NetSuite implementation projects.
• Utilize your 3-6 years of NetSuite experience to provide comprehensive functional consultancy.
• Lead and manage small-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional post-implementation support to clients, emphasising customer care and issue resolution.
• Prioritize project experience over certification, ensuring practical application of skills in real-world scenarios.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimising NetSuite functionality.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fully remote work environment, with the option for occasional client site visits.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations, possessing full right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of proven experience working with NetSuite in a functional consultancy capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of large-scale implementation projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading small projects or initiatives.
• Exceptional customer care skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting, particularly in post-implementation support scenarios.
• Ability to prioritise project experience and practical application over certification.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to clients and team members.
• Flexibility to work remotely and willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
