Job Title: Infor LN Operations Consultant / UK (Occasional travel around Europe to the company’s sites) Remote.
Infor LN Operational Consultant Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges.
- Configure and customise the Infor LN ERP system to align with client-specific manufacturing, production, and warehousing processes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during system implementation and optimisation phases.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the Infor LN system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing, production, and warehousing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting the Infor LN ERP system, with a focus on manufacturing, production, and warehousing modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, and warehousing processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Infor LN tools, technologies, and methodologies is highly desirable.
