Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IFS Technical Consultant to join a dynamic team for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong potential for extension. This role is pivotal in supporting a critical project that interfaces Salesforce with IFS. You will be working primarily on the Apps 9 solution as the business gears up for an upgrade to IFS Cloud.

IFS Technical Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the Salesforce to IFS interface.
• Utilize your expertise in IFS v9 to contribute to the development and customisation of the IFS Apps 9 solution.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support the integration and functionality of IFS applications.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience with IFS Apps 9, with a strong focus on development and customisation.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and experience in developing complex database scripts.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering IFS projects, particularly those involving system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders at various levels.
