About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IFS Manufacturing Consultant to join our team and support the successful delivery and optimization of our IFS Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IFS Manufacturing modules, end-to-end business process understanding, and hands-on experience with IFS Cloud projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, production, and IT to ensure seamless alignment between system functionality and business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of IFS Manufacturing modules within IFS Cloud.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document manufacturing and production requirements.

  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for IFS Cloud manufacturing processes, including MRP, shop order management, routing, work centers, and capacity planning.

  • Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and testing activities (UAT, SIT).

  • Develop and deliver system documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.

  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure successful integrations with related IFS modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Maintenance, Projects, Quality).

  • Contribute to system upgrades, patches, and future enhancements.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant.

  • Strong understanding of IFS Cloud (preferred) or earlier versions (Apps 9/10) with migration experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end IFS implementations in manufacturing environments.

  • Deep knowledge of key manufacturing processes (MRP, BOMs, routings, shop orders, production scheduling, etc.).

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in multi-site or global deployments.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • IFS Certification (Manufacturing / IFS Cloud) preferred.

  • Background in engineering, industrial, or discrete manufacturing sectors.

  • Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, or IFS technical architecture.

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is an advantage.
