IFS Functional Consultant Role Overview

We are currently seeking an IFS Functional Consultant to join our client's team and lead the implementation of IFS Cloud across various modules. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in a greenfield project, where you will have the chance to leverage your expertise to design and deliver scalable solutions that drive business growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the implementation of IFS Cloud from start to finish.

IFS Functional Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business processes to identify requirements and opportunities for process optimisation.
• Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IFS Cloud with existing systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, including testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing IFS Cloud or Apps 10 Aurena in a greenfield environment.
• Deep understanding of IFS modules, including CRM and Sales, Supply Chain, Service and Maintenance, Manufacturing, Finance, Projects & Operational Finance, HCM, and Compliance & Doc Man.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in IFS Cloud or relevant modules is highly desirable.
