About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IFS Data Specialist to assist with a confidential project, focusing on the organisation and integration of critical servicing data for a client currently using IFS Cloud. The client has servicing history data for 19,000 assets stored in SharePoint, with the immediate focus on 500 critical assets. Your role will involve gathering data requirements from stakeholders, compiling the data into a structured format, and entering it into IFS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview stakeholders to understand and document specific data requirements.
• Collect, organise, and structure servicing history data for 500 critical assets.
• Compile the relevant data into a comprehensive spreadsheet that aligns with business needs.
• Input the data into IFS Cloud, ensuring it is accurately linked to each serial object.
• Work independently and manage your time effectively, as this role is fully remote.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience with IFS, especially in data management or integration roles.
• Proficiency in working with SharePoint and extracting relevant data.
• Strong ability to gather and document detailed data requirements from stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills for data compilation and management.
• Experience working with asset servicing or asset management data.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of critical data.

Project Scope:
The project will focus solely on the 500 critical assets, ensuring all servicing data is accurately integrated into IFS Cloud.
