About the Role
We are seeking a motivated IFS Business Analyst with hands-on experience in IFS Cloud to join our ERP and business transformation team. The ideal candidate will support the optimization, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our IFS Cloud ERP system across multiple business areas.
You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams - understanding business requirements, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring successful delivery through configuration, testing, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, HR).

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and process documentation.

Configure and support IFS Cloud modules to align with business processes.

Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

Support business users post go-live through troubleshooting, process improvements, and end-user training.

Participate in data analysis, reporting, and integration activities with other business systems.

Work closely with IFS consultants and internal IT teams to manage enhancements, patches, and upgrades.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP-related processes and governance.
Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of hands-on experience with IFS Cloud (implementation, support, or enhancement).

Proven understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Service preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

Familiarity with testing processes, UAT coordination, and change management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have)

Exposure to earlier versions of IFS (e.g., IFS Applications 9/10).

Experience with IFS Report Designer, Lobbies, or Aurena interface customization.

Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Understanding of project management or ERP implementation methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).

IFS certification(s) or training credentials.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
