Finance Systems Administrator
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum
Location: London (2-3 days a week in-office)

Role Summary
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of all Finance systems, playing a pivotal role in optimizing system usage to enhance efficiency and control.
Key Responsibilities

Finance Systems Management:
- Day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of all Finance systems.
- Oversee access management, role principles, controls, and management of custom fields, forms, searches, and workflows.

User Support & Training:
- Act as the primary contact for Finance system queries, providing first-line support.
- Deliver training to Finance and business new starters, ensuring proficiency in system usage.
- Develop a structured onboarding process and create a knowledge hub for ongoing user engagement and best practices.

Data Integrity & Maintenance:
- Update Finance systems master data (e.g., chart of accounts, departments, segments) with regular audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare routine reconciliation controls to ensure data integrity between dashboards and NetSuite.

System Optimization & Upgrades:
- Collaborate with IT to integrate NetSuite with other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Develop and execute testing plans for routine system upgrades, providing hands-on support during testing phases.
- Stay informed on system updates, identify opportunities for enhancement, and challenge existing processes to maximize system capabilities.

Audit & Compliance:
- Support the Senior Finance Manager in completing GITC audits and implementing recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for policies, procedures, integrations, and workflows.

Transformation Projects & Collaboration:
- Partner with key stakeholders, including IT development, external consultants, and vendors, to deliver transformation projects and system improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support using NetSuite or Excel.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can drive efficiency and system optimization. You’ll need:
- Experience: 2+ years managing and optimizing NetSuite as an end user.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Tenacity and determination to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to translate business requirements into actionable system changes.
