We work with a talent pool that we have qualified over man years of work that we store on our database, which we then correctly match up with our clients that come to us with nche roles to add a positive effect to their teams/projects.

We have years of experience in our markets, over 10 in most of them and nearly 20 in a few. We provide a training plan that no other recruitment agency have for our new starters that get them quickly up to speed in the market. We pride ourselves on our candidate qualifications and our knowledge of the markets.

Our standard payments terms are 14 days, you will not pay for any days that a contractor does not work. This is time and material contract and more information can be found on the contract resource page. When the candidate starts, they will submit their time through out portal, here then you will approve or decline this each week/month depending on what you and the contractor agrees on.

With permanent, you need to agree to our terms before we provide any profiles, you will then have 14 days to pay after start date of the candidate. After payment and the candidate has started, he candidate is now yours however aftercare will be provided throughout.
