With phase 2 project start dates imminent, the business needed to quickly bring in an IFS Engineering Consultant before any delays occurred.

After expressing interest in a star candidate advertised by us, we talked with the client to discuss requirements for the role. Learning about the ongoing project, we had to understand their frustrations in order to provide them with a tailored solution. The client needed an IFS Engineering Consultant who had previous implementation experience, cross-functional exposure and had immediate availability. From here, we were able to start our search.

After reviewing the profiles, the client decided to take 3 IFS Specialists (each with a range of IFS Engineering experience) to interview.
