Another quarter has come to an end, where our achievers worked extra hard to earn themselves a few days of luxury in the sun (along with the teams over at IT Works Recruitment & It Works Recruitment Germany).
As a company prided on culture, we hugely reward our team’s successes. Our achievers are those who go above and beyond in their role to achieve their targets and goals. Our quarterly achievers’ trips reward our dedicated achievers for the hard work they put in.
This time around, the achievers jetted off to Lloret de Mar, Spain! They were able to celebrate their successes and the challenges they faced this quarter, whilst relaxing on sun-beds or having a dip in the pool with celebratory drinks. As the sun set, they enjoyed the nightlife experience in the city, dipping into a few bars they danced the night away (with a bit of karaoke along the way).
Day two consisted of exploring the city, whilst the others explored the sea and had a wonderful time partaking in water activities. Of course, no holiday is complete without lounging around and catching a tan in the gorgeous 27-degree heat.
To carry on achiever's trips traditions, the team went for a lovely last group meal, indulging in the Spanish cuisines at Tapas. With drinks in their hands, they clinked to the memorable few days they experienced together.
