HRIS Systems and Reporting Analyst
My client is searching for the ideal candidate to join the team to act as a HRIS Officer, working closely with the HR Systems Manager to manage the iTrent System. You will be responsible for progressing new projects to maximise the capability of the HR System. Develop and produce reports using Business Objects. Develop and maintain the HRIS System.
- Generate reports using Business Objects
- Provide first line assistance to the HR and Payroll teams to resolve any issues
- Develop and maintain HR system
- Lead system enhancements.
Skills and Qualities:
- iTrent experience is essential
- Knowledge of Business Objects
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to maintain and ensure the establishment within iTrent
